4:1 = 9
4:0 = 8
3:3 = 7

so logically,
4:3 = 11
4:4 = 12

However, setting it to 11 resulted in no video output, and 12 gave an array out of bounds error.

I took a screenshot, but it won't let me attach, even if I zip it first.

hi, i am the author of NOZ. It's very interesting that you use NOZ like this and i am wondering if you are putting one monitor on the top of the other :-).

Anyway, i am using a different logic in the SCALE MODE menu. It is the TAG value of the menuitems for the software to determine what scale parameters should be applied. If you want to use 4:4, very simple, you can change the TAG value of a menuitem , say 4:2, to 44 (from current 42), you see? 42 represents 4:2, the caption is just a caption and has nothing to do with the scaled result. Good luck! Hope to see your screenshot! Or photo?

To Setya5785,

Thank you for your translation! I like it very much, actually i am using your English version myself cause the adjusted menu looks more pretty!

There is only thing i think maybe you have misunderstood. The first submenuitem under No$gba Menu is still No$gba Menu . Actually it is a command to restart the emulator if the emulatior is not running . For examply, if you have quit the game by ESC , then you can restart it via this command. So i think it should be translated into Run Emulator or something like that.
