EDIT: Fraps gives me an error message when recording (windowed): "Can't create opengl renderer."

In the OGL settings, Under "Fullscreen Video mode" select your monitors native resolution.
Tick the "Fullscreen" option
Tick the "Keep 4:3 aspect ratio" option
Dolphin should now run in fullscreen. To exit I usually just use Alt+F4

I'll upload some Hi-res videos soon. And before you say "Youtube is not HD" use &fmt=22 in the address on some youtube videos and you can watch them in 1080P. eg.
