well thanks to Master_Cloud i was able to find the bug today!!!!! the reason why it doesnīt work is because i forgot to say that every path in the "Settings" file must end with a "\" to show you what i mean check out the pic below:

It's great that this problem could be solved since many users had the similar problems with Dolphin. All the credit really goes to @ruantec for pointing out that directory path mix-up and trying to debug the the errors.
