This is one of those questions that can only be answered with the overwhelmingly unhelpful answer of "it depends."
If the burn had actually completed and the computer froze as a result of something unrelated to the burn, it's likely that the disc is fine. However, if the TOC hadn't been written completely it can lead to errors (potentially major ones at that). The only way to be certain is to try using the media in a given player and seeing if it works correctly.
