Look for any setting with "FSB", there should be a advanced config menu or CPU settings page (sometimes you have to change a certain setting from [Auto] to [Manual] before the overclock settings pop up). I'm not sure about your board, but on mine its under "Jumperfree configuration", so just fiddle around with all the settings in yours (after you write down the defaults of course) until you find the fsb and CPU voltage settings.
DO NOT TOUCH THE FSB TERMINATION VOLTAGE IF YOU FIND IT as it will cook your CPU if set too high. While your at it, click the "settings" tab on RealTemp and post your VID, since that's the CPU voltage that you probably want to stick close to as C2Ds don't require much volts to OC.
Also, I've never heard of that board before, but take a look in the case of your PC and just see if you have any decent sized heatsinks around the CPU. If it doesn't, you probably won't have much luck OCing as chances are that its a budget 50$ generic board (though the name of the board seems to be hinting a p45 chipset, which is more common in enthusiast boards). However if its got heatpipes and sinks all over the place, you won't have to worry too much about leaving voltages such as the NB and SB at auto and overheating (though I'm unsure of the quality of foxconn boards since, so you probably need to check for yourself on the net first). Since its a AGP board, i think you have to set some other settings manually as well in order to keep a stable video card, but i forgot which, so go google

.
Oh yea, make sure to set the RAM manually to whatever specification that's printed on the side of the sticks (do NOT leave them on auto, as your motherboard will probably overclock and over volt them when left on auto).
EDIT: Go
here and
here to read up on the basics, since this is a pcsx2 forum not a overclocking one xD
