Ok I saw this already but it said for everything except damn Vista. Seriously. What the hell? And yes, I did already check Vista's system32 folder ( manually) and COMDLG32.OCX wasn't there. ( however i did find a file of the same name called 'comdlg32.dll') I copy and pasted the file [' COMDLG32.OCX'] there and nothing changed. ( at this point i'd try anything) >_<
For a second I thought " holy bedsheets this might help me!" until I read the system requirements.
Can somebody post instructions for Vista users?

Ah... I had this same problem on my Vista laptop.
This worked for me
Download the comdlg32.ocx file. Google it. I don't remember the exact site.
Anyway, after you copy it into your system32 folder, you go to Start/Accesories and right click on Command Prompt.
Run it as an administrator.
Then type these lines
cd c:/windows/system32 [enter]
regsvr32 comdlg32.ocx [enter]
And that's it.
Maybe you've done this, but then maybe you didn't do it as an administrator. I hope it helps.
