Something which I have been mulling about ever since this thread started.
Let's say that just like some war movie you're hiding behind a little rock with a pistol and 10 heavily armed men are advancing towards you with intent to kill you. So whatever you do you're gonna die in a few minutes time.

So would deciding to go out in a blaze of glory and trying to take some of them with you be suicide or would your death still be the result of murder?
