OK that makes the requirement even clearer

Shader Program 1.20 is made available in drivers supporting OpenGL 2.1, so you must install Forceware 150 or higher. Geforce FX cards do not get fully 2.1 support until the 160 drivers, so go straight to Forceware 175.16.

As far as i've seen so far, drivers newer then Release 176 will not work on cards older then the Geforce 8 series. so Release 177 and 178 probably will not work.

There are NO OpenGL 2.1 drivers available for Radeons older then the Xx00 series.
So that means that i can't use the new version since i have ATI SAPPHIRE 9250 and it only supports 1 vertex shader or can i?
