Hence why it is often useful for people to read the first episodes in a thread. We already tackled that early on. Suicide often requires more courage than living on.
Not to mention that not everyone here believes in afterlife, so the later part of the argument is moot.

Relying on legal definitions for something that is psychological in first and philosophical in second term might not be the best option though
Not to mention that laws is nothing more than the institutionalization of a society's moral system, not the other way around.
