I have to recommend you that CPU. It can be found around 180$ and with Arctic Freezer 7 ~ 20$ it makes a clocked CPU ~200$ max, which is nothing compared to the expensive over 400$ quads. The mobo is GIGABYTE
GIGABYTE - Product - Motherboard - Overview - GA-P35-DS3R (rev. 2.1) , which is no more than 100$ now. However, I`ve found that you can build a powerhorse PC for less than even 600$!!!
