Well, I'd say suicide is more like a human right. You are owner of your life, you do what you wish with it. Although a suicide decision sounds more like a mental disturbance and is generally taken when the situation is not good (and it's the mind that makes the situation good or bad). Like a biased decision, not a plain lucid one.
