It's not officially out yet. We do a pre-release of each official version on the nullDC IRC channel (#nullDC on EFnet) before each public release. Then we add some documentation, setup packages, etc. and release officially some hours later. Same happened now.
I'm gonna close this thread now and remove the link.
I suggest to wait until it's officially out unless you like to mess up with options and such in hopes of making NAOMI stuff run. If you really can't wait then get it from the channel I mentioned or another site.
PS: In case you already got it... don't worry, the packages are clean without viruses or something. But in any case, be careful if you get them from fishy websites.
