Ugh ok I know this was already posted and i'm sorry but this is really starting to piss me off.

I'm running
64bit VISTA. I have no idea what the location of this file should be (
i'm talking about the RUN input, i don't know how to enter the RUN input for this file in Vista) but I already downloaded it from
Kermed.

Windows 95, 98, or Me:
regsvr32 \windows\system\COMDLG32.OCX
Windows NT or 2000:
regsvr32 \WINNT\system32\COMDLG32.OCX
Windows XP:
regsvr32 \windows\system32\COMDLG32.OCX

Ok I saw this already but it said for everything except damn Vista. Seriously. What the hell? And yes, I did already check Vista's system32 folder (
manually) and COMDLG32.OCX wasn't there. (
however i did find a file of the same name called 'comdlg32.dll') I copy and pasted the file ['
COMDLG32.OCX'] there and nothing changed. (
at this point i'd try anything) >_<
For a second I thought "
holy bedsheets this might help me!" until I read the system requirements.
