If your program only writes 4 GBs of data, the image will have a size of 4 GBs. BTW, what's your program ? It can't be HDLoader, because HDLoader creates APA parititons.

Well with his modifications,now it doesn't hang at recognizing the disc
Check your PM for the build,I bet it will help you improve your plugin alot
