Yeah... 106fps.
It only happens when I stop the car in front of a corner... or... something simple like that. But it does that quite often. It's either having a Quad-core with a HD 4870 is awesome for PCSX2 and GSDX, or... Windows Server 2008 is that awesome, or both.
