They could just buy one from their own budgets if they really wanted one. Then he could either sell it as the first PhysX enabled 4800 series card, or keep it, because the 4800 series are nice cards!

Seems fishy from the looks of it. He's even saying that nVidia is supporting this, as if making nVidia looking like the good guy, while making ATI look like the bad guy. What they don't say, though, is that... if AMD gives in to this, then they may have to build their next GPUs based on PhysX specs, and that means... nVidia gets to push ATI around the next round. But if AMD doesn't give in, then they would ultimately look bad. This is not a win-win situation for AMD.

...but seriously, I don't really care, as I am a consumer, and this is a win situation for me. ;p
