I believe, without shadow of a doubt, Kingdom Nvidia..... wait...... wtf am i saying. lol.

Anyway, Nvidia is well known for limiting the performance of its cards with drivers, intentiionally crippling them. the specs of the GTX280, it should be capable of more then what it is.... i said the same thing about the 8800GTX and within 2 months it had gained 25% boost in performance.
