Well me being an IT undergrad, I can reliably tell you that ID10T and IBKAC errors have skyrocketed following the introduction of Vista (or as many in the industry call it ME II)

Not only has this probably led to more palm-to-forehead moments than we were alloted for this decade, but these "few changes" in the administrative utilities are vastly understated (why do we need 3 different pages for network settings?)

Now, this doesn't mean that an IT person cannot (after many hours of learning) be somewhat proficient in this OS, but the fact is that it now takes more than twice as many clicks to fix normal problems (more difficult problems are another story)

And the only way I would "upgrade" is if I get Server 2008, as it dumps all of the half-assed "features" for a no frills processing power-house.
