Also, if you are completely used to where all of the administrative utilities are... you will hate it. Oh, and it has random weird stuff happen to it as well (network connection will just die for no reason, it will spin up the HDD on idle, etc.)
Not to mention the fact that 95% of all businesses have passed on Vista. (It really has to have problems if businesses are sticking up their crosses and running away)
