Status: Playable with Minor Graphical Stage Graphic Glitches.
Speed: Fast or Too Fast

After some experimenting, i've found the way to
Greatly Speed-up KOF98UM on the PCSX2. It's actually
Hillariously Simple.

Just go to
Game Option > Graphic Setting > Change Focus to "Normal". Mind You,
IF the game turns out to be "Too Fast" then plz
Turn Off All Speed-Hacks on the Emulator.
The default setting for Focus is "Soft". This adds blurring to the Overall Graphics. In which situation decreases the games performance on the PC.
I'm testing this with PCSX2 0.9.5 svn 384 VM Build with the Components of:
My KOF98UM Gsdx 0.1.9 svn 809 Config:

Deliberately changed the D3D Internal Resolution to Native to Speed-up the game. This is for 2D-games-only due to the fact that 2D games graphics always get "Teared-up".
However, for 3D games, I'd recommend to Change the D3D Internal Resolution similar to user's PC setting Whilst Enabling the "Logarithmic Z" for a better 3D Shading. In My Case, it solves the Lips-out-of-place problem in KOF Maximum Impact Series.
