I dont quite see why you are bothering to try and get no$gba developed on a pda/smartphone when it is much cheaper to buy a ds. Also it wont play ds games anywhere at a playable speed even on the one you are mentioning, as for gba or any form of other emulation it is up to developers if they choose to do it. Even if wm6.1 is nearly a replica in any part of winblows (your wording not mine) it requires time effort and depending on how well the emulator is written it may need a complete rewrite as significant demand for it.

As for my experience with winmobile pdas (including HTC thouch pro), it is still not an ideal platform for software development since you cant be sure the software works reliably on any pda other than it was made for and sure while wm6.1 tries to allieviate it but still it has to cater for ones with keyboard, ones with only a touch screen and ones with buttons. Its more up to devs if they want to do it than if it can be done so if you really want on winmobile ask the devs directly.

I cant see the point and since the winmobile 6.1 isnt still an ideal platform for gaming still and not many has windows mobile it seems pointless compared to porting to psp and iphone since they are more popular and consistent hardware. I havent seen a win mobile having the same hardware when compared to another one and it wont be in the future so it will mean more trouble for the developer.
