this tool is awesome!!
but I think that (for users that don´t have a strong CPU - or single core XP) it will be great to implement a option that let you select in wich screen do you want to apply the filter so the other screen will stay without any filter and you can play your game without any speed hit.

I realize of that because when I use the single sreen mode option with filters (HQ2X for example) my CPU can handle 60FPS or 30FPS without speed hit.. so I think that if you apply a filter to only one screen the speed will increase.
