FCE Ultra is my NES Emu of choice. Your 900 will handle it no problem. Plays FF 1 English, FF 2 Japanese (translated), and FF 3 Japanese (translated) perfectly. Even plays "hard to emulate" games like Gauntlet 2, Super Mario 3 (one of the best if not THE BEST Marios of all time), Kings Quest 5, and Times of Lore (a personal favorite) flawlessly.
