6600GT is roughly the same as a 7300GT, with the 6600 pulling ahead with a small margin. If the X3500 is a bit more powerful then the 7300, then I'm assuming its on 6600GT turf, which is quite capable at PCSX2. While it won't run everything at full, its a good minimum requirement.
