Don't think too many people even went for the 9xxx series of GPUs Nvidias released. A lot of people with the 8xxx series seem to be waiting for Nvidias next line up, the GT200. And I'm not surprised Intels leading the GPU sector in terms of sales...every school/college/university I've been to, all the computer labs are running onboard Intel GPUs. Not to mention it's the same thing for notebooks as well.
