Yup. Stuff flashes all over the place (the pre-title intro looks almost like old-school film the way it blinks a sort of whitish haze). Gets kind of annoying, but it's acceptable.
Check my sig for specs, but I get somewhat decent speeds (40-50 FPS dropping occasionally to 25 or so) throughout the game. It's definitely playable, but you have to be a bit patient with it.
