Thanks much for the advice - I am using nforce drivers on my system. I fixed the issue - it was a combination of the audio/video drivers erroring. To fix the issue, I manually adjusted the framerate to 50fps, and changed some audio syncing issues. Full load on the processor game is only using 40%. So, now that everything's working, imma see about getting some more games!

Sidenote: wnaspi isn't necessary for epsxe to run, nor to function correctly. My system works fine, and I've been missing that dll since I installed the mobo drivers.
