Obviously... BECAUSE PEOPLE CAN PLAY THEM.
Sell a game for top-of-the-end hardware and expect sales to be low.
Sell a game for a console with almost 20M consoles sold and OBVIOUSLY people will be able to play it easily. THEY GOT THE HARDWARE FOR IT.
