its still overkill. legitimate, paying customers should not have to deal with this bs. do they actually think such things are going to deal a noticable blow to the pirate community? all it is going to do is contribute to it and the only people who are getting nailed by this are the people who are buying the game. its just totally uncalled for and its going to backfire on them real bad one of these days.
