When i play bully and start playing there are these weird lines and makes the game slower. I can barely see anything with the lines in the way. One half of the screen flashes the lines and the other half just stays there. The lines are Grey. i haven't played any other game yet i'm still waiting for my friend to lend me persona 3 and odin sphere to see if it's just bully. Please help

Motherboard:msi model:ms-7191
ram:1gb
cpu:amd athlon 64 processor 3200+ 2.00 ghz but can run like if it's 3.20 ghz(don't know why)
Graphics card:nvidia geforce 7600 gs 512mb

i just got marvel vs capcom 2 from my friend and it works perfectly fine nothing goes wrong.
Now i'm just preying persona 3 and oidn sphere works fines too
