If the 360 gets a bluray drive the smart thing to do is have the games remain on dvd-9s and have the bluray functionality exclusively for hd movies. Its not like they need the extra space. I don't know of any games that were made or broken by the presence or lack of prerendered video sequences.

One thing about a blu-ray addons drive, the bd movies will only work properly if even at all only on systems with hdmi ports. THe majority of 360s only have at best component ports.
