Well after over a year of gaming goodness with the card, it's starting to artifact at the bios and in windows safe mode. Doesn't even boot into regular windows anymore.
Luckily, EVGA has a top notch warranty program. And as such, I'm sending my 8800gtx off to them. Should get a replacement sometime in the coming weeks. Until then, I went ahead and got a placeholder in the mean time.
Best Buy had a nice deal going for a PNY 8800gt 512mb for $180 retail. Have it overclocked to 700/1750/1000 right now using rivatuner and I gotta say, I'm impressed with such a small card.
Of course the first thing I did was run an HD 1080p VC-1 video stream of Transformers and my CPU usage hovered at around 7% the whole time. My 8800gtx never got that low, but it did well enough at around 30%.
The 8800gtx was actually a step-up from an EVGA 7900gt 512 which I payed $300 for then stepped-up to the 8800gtx by paying the other $350(300+350=$650) 90 days later. I'm guessing if they replace it, they'll need to find a card worth $650.

Their warranty states they'll replace it with a card of equal value(when you bought it). Might be fun to see what I get back. Honestly though, I'd be happy with another 8800gtx, but I wouldn't mind something newer.
