Is there some way to limit the "speed" of sound? Currently any game using a modulation format (eg = Shining The Holy Ark) for music is running way to fast and I'm not sure which option can limit it. Automatic Frame-Skipping isn't the answer since my system runs it fine without it turned on but music is out-of-control (speeds up insanely if SSF is not in use).
I've also forced SSF to use a DotClock of 4.00 (write-protected the SSF.ini so it couldn't keep changing it back) but the "SSF Tribute Neo" site is rather vague on information when it comes to going in-depth on settings like this.
