Vista, PCSX2, and NPPTools.dll
Two problems:
First, whenever I click configure, I get the NPPTools.dll was not found error. Installing Microsoft Network Monitor 3.1 like I've read in several threads around the net doesn't help.
Second, the only dev9 plugin I can choose is the null one, despite the fact that DEV9giga_razi.dll is in the plugins folder. I'm guessing this might be related to the first problem? I assume this is the plugin that is mentioned all over the place to allow you to access ethernet options but I havn't been able to find anywhere. I didn't realize it actually came with the program till I tried to put it in the plugins folder and Windows told me it was already there.
As far as I know I'm overlooking something, but I don't really know what I'm doing in the first place. I'd download NPPTools.dll but none of those dll websites seem to be very reputable.
