Haven't tried another emu, because the problem seems to be a memory leak - only reason it's lagging is that my processor ranges from 55%-98% usage during the emu.

EDIT: On trying to check out my plugins for epsxe, I receive an error box "Unable to locate Component 'WNASPI32.dll'" Never had an issue with not having it before, but do you think that could attribute to it?

EDIT: I'm also using a ps3 sixaxis controller for the emu - which works fine, but doesn't seem to be working anymore. PC's not recognizing it, and as a result, the controller isn't auto-assigning itself to (0).
