Why a special encrypted crc? This will make your crc values incompatible to know datfiles like the CM, romcenter and emuControlCenter dats. Because of the filesize? In emuControlCenter i also have some problems with the speed of crc32 parsing for larger files..... but its ok for the users. :-)

You are right. I often thought, that nobody is interested in such an oldskool tool like emuControlCenter, becuase there are so many great looking tools around like your tool. But i think, both have there place. Your tool for people who wants to play a game direct in a cool enviroment, emuControlCenter for the people searching for metadata and images (ok, and also starting roms
