Freezing, Corrupted, or No Video Playback

SYMPTOMS
Videos freeze, fail to play, or contains corrupted or blocky artifacts.

CAUSE
This bug is caused by the PCSX2 emulator IPU.

RESOLUTION
This issue has been resolved for multiple games since PCSX2 0.9.5 SVN 351.
Download the latest SVN build here.

WORKAROUND
There are no workarounds that are currently available.

STATUS
Reported by multiple members.
Official confirmation exists.
