um, I have DDR
.....So I'm just gonna wait till I upgrade to a new mobo and CPU, then I'll get 4gb of DDR3 probably. Yes, DDR3 is expensive compared to some DDR2 kits, but two years ago when I got my 2gb kit of Corsair XMS DDR 400, it cost ~$300, and I can get a good 4gb kit of DDR3 for a little more at newegg.
Still though, there are some great DDR2 4gb kits that are under $100....
