Thanks all.

It's been a while since I last drew in that style.
Anyway, beat the game! Hooray! Gee... seriously, if you don't pay attention in the last battle, you will die over a hundred times before you give up and call it a day! But once you pay attention and really try to fight, the battle turns out easier.
Yes, Viper, it's a DS game. And a bada$$ one at that, too. I don't suppose the US version is going to miss anything... except for a few name translations and stuffs. This is one of those games where you don't necessarily have to fend off everything, which is nice if you just want to skim through 'til the end (you don't even see any monsters unless you want to). But be aware, you should fight some random battles just so you are strong enough for the final battles. The system reminds me of the materias from FF7... and boy... if ONLY they had more! But maybe they do, and I'm hellbent on going back just to find all of them. Also because there are more to the story once you go back. Oh yeah, and the game really rewards you points for... not playing. Once you are back in the game, you'll get points to level up your pins (a.k.a. materia-like concept). Hmm... maybe I should do a full review.
