Hey everyone!
I've tried cleaning my fan, I monitored the temperature and cpu speed and ram. So, every other program closed, here's what I've found:
The heat of the two cores effectively goes up during play... but not enough to cause a problem (more or less 75C, wich is what I get in every game other than ds emulation)
The processor' use is the interesting thing: it stays low for some time and then, for apparently no reason, it starts climbing up and up until the game runs so slowly I cant stand it anymore and close it.
When I open the options and wait a little, the use % drops to almost nothing. I then close the dialog box and continue playing. The speed is normal for some time and then, bang! it's back to the summit and the game isnt playable anymore.
I cant understand or find a logical answer, here's a hint: in FF, crystal chronicles, the game starts slowing down only during those 3d movie sequences while everything runs smoothly ingame.
I've tried changing the options, tried opengl too... no use.
I think it has to do with a buffer or cache... something that could fill up, you see?
