I'd say give them some time and see what they will do with the game. It's not final yet.
It can be the complete opposite of what you think it will be when it's released.
Also, the quality of the video looked like it was originally a very low res video upscaled with no filtering. That could be why the graphics don't look as good as it really is.

Heh, it's always seemed like that graphics were a major part of the games. Silent Hill 3 had some truly impressive graphic scenes in it for a PS2 game and what sold the atmosphere was the impressive graphics and special effects in certain areas.
