Just as @ruantec said in the other thread, that is a big NO.

As I understand you want to develop games for NES, right?
In order to do that you should be very familiar with the system (which means that you know how it operates, how and where are the graphics stored,
and some other stuff (like mappers)) and know to code in Assembly language.
