Lets say that there are two cars, both going @ 50 km/h, you can't say they are going 100miles/hr together XD
the only difference is that they can carry two times as much of loads, but everything will still be processed at the same rate.
4x quad core Xeon @ 3.2 Ghz are not 3.2 * 4 and are not 3.2Ghz * 4 * 4...they are still what they are
