No, Dual Core does not mean 2.8GHZ per core...you have TWO Dual Core processors @ 2.8GHZ each, 5.6GHZ combined, it is NOT 2.8GHZ per core, I can see how you'd make the mistake, I wish it was that way too, that way I'd have an amazing GHZ, but my 3.4GHZ is just that. 3.4GHZ...it's not 13.6GHZ.

10FPS? You must not have followed the guide correctly. I have Onboard sound and it has no issue with it. I havn't played Okami though...it may be the game isn't properly emulated.
