Uh, where do you get 11.2ghz? Even if you count both, it's still only 5.6GHZ..you don't multiply the 5.6GHZ by 2.

That'd be 5.6GHZ spread across...4 cores?(I don't know how multi-processor systems work, only multi-cored)

Considering that...yeah, your graphics card is surely what is holding you back(if PCSX2 can take advantage of Multi-processors, that is)

Obviously though, your system is quite beefy except the GFX card, fix that and expect great results in almost anything(Aside from games that aren't properly emulated)
