Ok, so you have the hardware and the software you need. Now, connect Scart to the TV, where you take the video and on the Scart block (if your device supports Scart (Scarts are going to museum, too. )), make sure it outputs the video (check that button). Now, launch your capture software and start playing games. Remember that highest AVI-quality takes a horrible amount of your HD space, so think how good quality you want.
