$200? E8400 is currently at $200 and a E6600 is currently at $120-150. Correct me if I'm wrong, but that's hardly $100. And I don't even think anything short of an E6600 clocked to over 3.5GHz can do 150+ fps in PCSX2. Oh... and I don't think PLAYABLE and ENJOYABLE are the same thing. Heck... if it's playable, I don't even need more than a Pentium 4 to run the game, no?
