Back in the day, games were made by teams of like 1-10 people that liked what they were doing, and made the game the way they wanted to.

Theres still some Indie game developers that make some good games, except they're overshadowed by the big companies.
One day I hope to work with my own small-team of Game Developers, and make a game that we all can work together and make suggestions on; instead of being forced to do what some big game company tells me to do.

30? that must have been for pong. for an multi million dollar game, a hundred is ussualy a minimum. like any final fantasy made after VII had a 100+ creators and artists.

And the gaming industry has been a billion dollar industry for some years now
