Uhm... QX9650 is only 3.0GHz. I think you're mixing that up with the QX9770/QX9775 CPUs...
And Q9450 is 2.66GHz by default...
And... I don't blame you. My head is spinning, my hands are shaking, and my eyes are closing on themselves... it's really late here...
P.S.: If you must ask... installing... then removing a water-cooling setup took all of it outta me...
