Hi all! i want to know why i get fps 20-30 in smackdown vs raw 2008

Maybe my performance arent set good enough?
I am using gsdx 1.7 shader 3.0 all the boxes are black exept nloophack that is grey, and enble tv out is white.

My sound plugin is zerospu2 0.4.5

My specs are:

NVIDIA GeForce 8600 GTS
PCSX2 v0.9.5 save ver: 7a300010
x86Family = Intel(R) Core(TM)2 CPU 4400 @ 2.00GHz
CPU speed = 2.008 Ghz

Features:
Detected MMX
Detected SSE
Detected SSE2
Detected SSE3

Maybe the problem that i have slsow computer? but i think its enough to get 40-50 fps? please help someone i want to know the problem.
